How your digital notary appointment with us works:

Discussion of your matter: In person, by phone or via video conference – together we clarify your request and the next steps.
Legal review & timeline: We review your documents or prepare the necessary ones. You receive a clear overview of the timeline.
Digital identification: If you already have an ID Austria, identification is carried out with it. Otherwise, a video process is started to obtain a mobile phone signature (Handysignatur) in Austria.
Digital notary appointment: The appointment takes place conveniently via video conference; the "signature" is made digitally by means of a qualified electronic signature – legally valid, secure and efficient.
Document delivery: You receive the deeds we have drawn up for secure digital transmission or for download. It is important to note that in such a procedure there is no paper original.
