Accessibility Notice

Our notary office is located at a historic site in the centre of Vienna. The building at Seilerstätte 28 was erected at the beginning of the 18th century as a residential house known as „Zur schwarzen Katze" ("The Black Cat") and is a listed building today. Access to our office premises on the 2nd floor is therefore unfortunately not barrier-free, as the building has no passenger lift.

To ensure accessibility, we have rented premises on the ground floor of the building and converted them into a meeting area; these can be reached barrier-free.

When arranging an appointment, we kindly ask you to indicate your need for barrier-free access; we will make all the organisational arrangements required. You can also indicate your need for barrier-free access at a check-in terminal located directly after the building entrance in order to receive assistance.

Naturally, we are also happy to come to premises of your choice to hold an appointment, at no additional cost.
