Certifications

We prepare all types of certifications of signatures, including confirmations of the power of representation of officers of legal entities and confirmations of legal succession, and carry out the necessary searches in the public registers for this purpose.

This also includes confirmations from the public registers (essentially the commercial register and the land register), in particular relating to deeds filed there and to registered or historical facts.

On request, we also prepare all of these confirmations in English.

To enable notarial deeds to be validly presented abroad as well, we obtain all types of intergovernmental certifications (apostilles, superlegalisations) for our clients from courts, authorities or foreign diplomatic missions.
