The entire first district is a short term parking area with a permitted parking duration of a maximum of two hours on working days between 9 o’clock am and 10 o’clock pm. Further parking options are to be found in the parking garages Palais Corso and Ringstraßengalerien (both in Malerstraße), Oper (accessibility via Kärntnerstraße), Beethovengarage (accessibility via Fichtegasse) and parking garage at the Hotel Marriott (accessibility via Hegelgasse).
A note regarding accessibility
Our notarial office is located at a historical place in the center of Vienna. The house in Seilerstätte 28 was built at the beginning of the 18th century and was named “At the Black Cat” (“Zur schwarzen Katze”) and is protected as a historic monument. The accessibility to our office on the second floor unfortunately is not free of barriers, since no elevator exists. In order to guarantee accessibility, we rented rooms in our office building, which are accessible to all persons. In case of appointments we ask you to mention your wish for accessibility. Please let us know if you wish to access our offices with no barriers, when you arrange for your appointment with us. We will organize the meeting to take place on the ground floor. You also may mention your wish for accessibility immediately after entering our office building at our registration terminal in order to obtain help. Of course, we are also happy to come to a place selected by you without any additional costs.
